The consent may be signed 72 hours following the birth. If the birth mother is under the age of 18, New Hampshire state law also requires the consent of one of her parents.
According to Jim Bianco (2/27/08) BM must attend court hearing which is no sooner than 72 hours after birth however takes about 2 weeks-AF has to stay in NH whole time-can not file ICPC before BM attends court.
Pre-consents are not allowed in the state of New Hampshire. Revocation Time Frame in New HampshireThe consent is irrevocable upon signing.

Birth Parent Expenses Allowed Statute: § 170-B:13(I)

• Reasonable counseling, medical,
and legal fees, that shall be paid directly to the provider of the services
-
• Reasonable expenses for
transportation, lodging, clothing, and meals incurred for the placement of the
minor
-
• Reasonable living expenses of
the birth mother to maintain an adequate standard of living when the mother is
unable to due to loss of wages caused by the pregnancy or delivery
-
• Reasonable expenses for
adoption services, that shall be paid directly to the agency

any other person in connection with the adoption.
